Mr. Olowoye first got exposed to NGO work in 1998 when he participated in the British Council’s organized training programme on Capacity Building and Networking for Education NGOs in Nigeria that brought Dr. D.J. Lewis of the Centre for Civil Society, London School of Business to train NGOs working in education. At that time, he was a passive observer serving as a member of Trustee for another NGO. But since the activities of Mega House Foundation started in 2000, he has undergone several training including but not limited to Entrepreneurship Development Training (UNDP/ENF), Advocacy and Networking Training, Training of Trainers Empowerment, Strategic Planning Training for Civil Society, Fellowship at Seed of Survival Food Security Training of Trainers course on HIV/AIDs Prevention and Care, Nutrition and Bio-Intensive Sustainable Agriculture, Competency program in Trade Policy and Development all between 2001 and 2007 in Nigeria, Tanzania and UK.
