in Arusha, Tanzania since 2010 with excellent results. There, we are using the Mt. Kilimanjaro located in
the environment where the programme takes place as a type of ultimate summit in search of excellence.
WAKSE is the international edition and offers young people excellent tools for character building and
mental toughness to make them wax stronger and better with their pursuits. The mentoring program
will attempt to wax the young people with positive attitudes, knowledge and skills to enable them
compete, collaborate and connect more with the real and challenging world out there. The mentoring
program is available on
individual and
group basis.

Manage Yourself (MY) workshop-
This is a workshop designed specifically to bring to fore to all staff that they are
primarily responsible for their personal effectiveness, planning and managing their
specific work functions, while also emphasizing the need for team spirit thus reducing
workplace stress. This is important for all staff to reflect on who they are and how they
can best contribute to the overall business goals in their specific work-related functions.
The workshop will normally be focused on three objectives namely,
- To help participants in owning their outputs and outcomes through personal
effectiveness
- Help participants to think about the impact they have on other people and
develop their skills of planning and organizing.
- Take actions immediately to detect burnout and reduce stress situation at work.
